I have bought and sold an incredible number of homes over my lifetime, so I have a lot of experience with real estate agents.  Therefore, it’s easy for me to say that Van is easily the most talented and hard working agent I have ever worked with.  His vision for getting maximum value for houses I’ve wanted to sell happens at a very early stage, and then Van immerses himself in the details:  paint colors, lighting (one of his favorite subjects), staging, etc.  And where necessary, if there’s feedback that shows a house has a deal breaker issue (closets too small, for instance), he has worked with me to find a creative solution to the problem.  All of this takes time, energy and money, but Van leaves no stone unturned to get you the maximum value, whether you are on the selling or buying side of a transaction.  I would be happy to talk to anyone about my personal experiences with Van.  Go with him, you won’t be disappointed.
